Strategy, implementation and training on the tools that fit your work: Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini or a private local model. No custom software or new subscriptions unless the work requires them, and every system is set up so you can change tools later.
The methods come from the principal's own operations, where AI roughly tripled his personal output.

01 · Value-add acquisition
We acquire properties that are mispriced, under-managed or under-capitalized, then carry out targeted renovation and operational improvements to force appreciation.
02 · Conservative underwriting
Every acquisition is stress-tested across vacancy, interest rate and rent-growth scenarios. We pursue growth only where the risk-adjusted return justifies it.
03 · Long-term hold
Our default exit is no exit. We hold stabilized assets for durable, inflation-hedged income, refinancing periodically to return capital while retaining ownership.
Operating principle
No seminars, no courses and no proprietary "secret strategies." The principal of Dwell Logic Investing Inc. holds three university degrees and formerly worked as a forester, wildlife biologist and forest engineer. He applies the same diligence to investor capital that any institutional underwriter would require.
The same discipline extends to operations. The principal rebuilt the firm's entire workflow around AI, roughly tripling his personal output, and now advises other business owners on doing the same.
