01 · Capital Partnerships
Joint ventures and equity participation.
Dwell Logic raises capital from high-net-worth individuals and institutional partners to acquire commercial and multi-family real estate across Western Canada. We handle the active side of the investment: sourcing the acquisition, carrying out the renovation, managing tenant operations, and arranging any refinance or sale. The capital partner provides the equity and receives an ownership stake on terms agreed in writing before any capital is deployed.
Partnerships are typically structured so that partner capital is returned first from refinance or sale proceeds, before Dwell Logic takes any profit distribution. Where a partner's name on title suits the structure, we accommodate it. As with any real estate investment, capital is at risk.
Certain partnership structures and jurisdictions require an accredited-investor designation. We address this in the initial conversation, which is complimentary. Make a capital partner enquiry.
02 · Advisory & Consulting
Targeted advice. Hourly. No retainers.
Hourly advisory for investors, family offices and other operators. Typical engagements include acquisition underwriting, repositioning strategy, market entry, portfolio review and second-opinion analysis on specific deals.
Standard rate is $250 CAD per hour, with a discounted initial consultation of up to one hour for $200 CAD. No retainers and no courses. You pay only for the time the principal devotes to your specific situation.

03 · Deal Sourcing
Off-market and distressed-asset flow.
Dwell Logic actively sources commercial, multi-family and value-add development opportunities across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, both for our own balance sheet and for our network of capital partners. Investors with committed capital and clear acquisition criteria can ask to be added to our deal-flow distribution through the capital partner enquiry.
04 · AI Consulting (Dwell AI)
AI strategy, implementation and training.
Dwell Logic rebuilt its own operations around AI and now provides AI strategy, implementation and training to small and medium-sized businesses and individual professionals under the Dwell AI name. Coverage spans the major commercial platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini) as well as private, locally hosted models for businesses whose data cannot leave their control.
Standard rate is $250 CAD per hour, with a discounted initial consultation of up to one hour for $200 CAD. No retainers and no courses.
