The firm is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba and active throughout Western Canada, with multiple properties in coastal British Columbia, central Alberta and Winnipeg. Our focus is value-add commercial and multi-family acquisitions: properties that are mispriced, under-managed or under-capitalized at the time of acquisition, where targeted renovation and operational improvement can force appreciation and stabilize cash flow.

Capital partnerships are structured as joint ventures or equity arrangements on terms agreed in writing before any capital is deployed. Partnerships are typically structured so that partner capital is returned first from refinance or sale proceeds, before Dwell Logic takes any profit distribution. As with any real estate investment, capital is at risk.

Dwell Logic also provides advisory and consulting services for investors, family offices and other operators on acquisitions, repositioning strategy, market entry and portfolio underwriting, billed hourly without retainers.

More recently, the firm has extended that consulting practice into artificial intelligence. After rebuilding Dwell Logic's own operations around AI, which roughly tripled the principal's personal productivity, the firm began advising other small and medium-sized businesses on AI strategy, implementation and training under the Dwell AI name, a practice that started entirely through referrals.
