Privacy policy.
Effective 11 July 2026. This policy describes how Dwell Logic Investing Inc. collects, uses, and protects personal information, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
Who we are
Dwell Logic Investing Inc. is a Western Canadian real estate investment firm. For all privacy matters, the responsible officer is Matt Landsborough, Principal, reachable at matt@dwell-logic.com.
What we collect
We collect only the personal information you choose to provide: your name, email address, telephone number, and the contents of your message when you submit our contact or consultation forms, or when you correspond with us by email or telephone. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operational purposes.
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to any third party.
How we use it
Personal information is used to respond to your inquiry, assess whether an engagement or partnership is a fit, deliver services you request, and maintain business records. Where a capital partnership proceeds, additional information may be requested to satisfy identity-verification and other legal obligations; that information is collected under separate agreements at the time.
Consent and communications
By submitting a form on this site, you consent to Dwell Logic contacting you about your inquiry. We do not add you to any marketing list, and we send commercial electronic messages only in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Service providers and cross-border processing
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc., and this website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider; both are located in the United States. Personal information handled by these providers may be stored or processed outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We use reputable providers and limit what they receive to what is necessary to operate this site.
Retention and safeguards
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we protect it with appropriate safeguards, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and restricted access.
Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to its continued use, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.
